1. About Us

Sleek Energy sells solar power systems, inverters, and solar rechargeable fans to customers in Nigeria and, where applicable, internationally. Our load calculator tool helps customers identify a suitable product based on their estimated power requirements, but it provides estimates only and does not constitute professional engineering advice.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However:

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change at any time.
• In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

Our solar load calculator provides a product recommendation based on the information you input. This is intended as a guide only. Final suitability of a product for your specific power needs should be confirmed with our team, especially for large or complex installations.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payments are processed securely via Paystack. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We do not store your card or banking details.

An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. We currently partner with third-party logistics providers for fulfillment within Nigeria. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Warranty
Products sold by Sleek Energy may carry a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period. Warranty terms vary by product and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-configured systems and special orders for distributors/bulk buyers may not be eligible for return unless defective.

7. Bulk and Distributor Orders

Customers placing bulk or distributor orders may be subject to separate terms, including custom pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment schedules, which will be agreed upon directly with our sales team prior to order confirmation.

8. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site
• Copy, reproduce, or resell content from the Site without our written permission

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleek Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of power supply, equipment damage from improper installation, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Nigerian law.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Site relies on third-party services, including Paystack for payment processing and various delivery partners. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or service failures of these third parties, though we will reasonably assist in resolving issues where possible.
